The Chair and Board Effectiveness Pathway

The holder can design an agenda from the year's stakes, run challenge as a discipline rather than a hope, read a room's behaviour against an observable rubric, diagnose whether the presenting problem is clarity or governance, and hold a committee estate to its warrants.

The capstone

The pathway closes with a capstone assessment set by GSV. All eight pathway capstones were approved by GSV on 27 October 2026.

A participant who passes the capstone, having completed every programme in the pathway within the 24 months before the capstone submission, receives the GSV pathway certificate.
