P6 · Assessed pathway

The Executive Leadership Pathway

The holder can frame and defend a decision through six gates, read a delegation instrument and state precisely what authority they hold, rebuild an upward report so the board above can govern on it, and interrogate a set of financial statements without a finance background.

The capstone

The pathway closes with a capstone assessment set by GSV. All eight pathway capstones were approved by GSV on 27 October 2026.

A participant who passes the capstone, having completed every programme in the pathway within the 24 months before the capstone submission, receives the GSV pathway certificate.
