The Family Enterprise Continuity Pathway

The holder can diagnose the third-generation decision problem, separate a trust failure from a strategy failure, and build the trust and decision layer that restores a family's ability to decide together.

The capstone

The pathway closes with a capstone assessment set by GSV. All eight pathway capstones were approved by GSV on 27 October 2026.

A participant who passes the capstone, having completed every programme in the pathway within the 24 months before the capstone submission, receives the GSV pathway certificate.
