The Governance Professional Pathway

The holder can run the governance office to a defensible standard, build a record that survives regulator scrutiny, redesign a board pack so the board governs on signal, run the conflicts protocol through all four steps, and engineer a delegation of authority.

The capstone

The pathway closes with a capstone assessment set by GSV. All eight pathway capstones were approved by GSV on 27 October 2026.

A participant who passes the capstone, having completed every programme in the pathway within the 24 months before the capstone submission, receives the GSV pathway certificate.
