The AI-Ready Board Pathway

The holder can separate the board's two AI duties, interrogate a management AI proposal to the claim, basis and evidence standard, score board capability as an investor or regulator would, and hold a foresight ledger that meets the raised standard of care once a risk is foreseen.

The capstone

The pathway closes with a capstone assessment set by GSV. All eight pathway capstones were approved by GSV on 27 October 2026.

A participant who passes the capstone, having completed every programme in the pathway within the 24 months before the capstone submission, receives the GSV pathway certificate.
