Hiking in the Hajar Mountains
Fujairah's landscapes set it apart. Restored mountain trails and revived water basins let visitors of all ages and abilities explore an imposing range, with luxury resorts close at hand.
Welcome to the east coast
Fujairah is the only emirate located entirely on the eastern coast of the UAE, along the Gulf of Oman, and the country's only access to the Indian Ocean. Its coastline runs for some 70 kilometres, from the city of Fujairah in the south to Dibba in the north.
Known for its rugged Hajar mountains, valleys, waterfalls, oases and wide sandy beaches, Fujairah enjoys a more moderate climate than Abu Dhabi or Dubai, and a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere that draws weekend visitors escaping the heat.

A small rocky island off Al Aqah beach, named for its resemblance to the cartoon dog lying on its back. A favourite for snorkelling, diving and water sports amid captivating natural surroundings.

The waterfalls of Wadi Al Wurayah, the gardens of Ain Al Madhab, the historic Al Bidya Mosque and the Heritage Village are among the emirate's most rewarding visits.
